Shipping info

We ship directly to you from our farms in Ecuador via UPS.

We currently work with UPS to ship out all our orders.

Upon confirming your order with us, our team packages and dispatches your order to
be delivered. Shipping usually takes 3 business days to reach your location.

Of Course! An email will be sent to you with details about your order. Tracking number and location will be provided.

After shipping out your order with the delivery service, we can’t provide an exact time on when it will arrive other than the timeframe
previously stated. If it’s been more than the time provided, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

We only have our standard delivery; same day delivery will be an option soon.

The shipping cost is already included in the total price.

Orders and Payments

The minimum order amount 1 box of 100 roses or an equivalent assortment of different flowers. 

Once an order has been
placed, no changes or edits can be done. If the matter is urgent, please contact us via email and we will respond immediately and provide a solution.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please
contact us via email to check if cancellation or any other alternative is possible. However, if your order has already been shipped out then our options are minimal due to the perishable nature of our products.

If your order has shown signs of wilting or any damage,
please send pictures, at the same day of delivery, to in order to assess the situation. Our
main goal is to keep you satisfied with our service and products, so we’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
