Refund policy

At AsiriBlooms.com, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality flowers and floral supplies. Because our products are highly perishable and time-sensitive, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers.

1. Quality Guarantee & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, we want to make it right.

  • Notification Window: You must contact our Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation: To process a claim, you must provide clear photographic images of the affected product(s), including all stems in question and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: At our discretion, AsiriBlooms.com will offer a replacement (subject to availability), provide care instructions to revive the blooms, or issue a refund for the affected items.

  • Return Requirement: For perishable flowers, we generally do not require a return but may ask you to hold the product for 48 hours for inspection purposes.

2. Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order is placed, the fulfillment process begins immediately to source your flowers from our growers.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order are eligible for a full refund (minus a 4% credit card processing fee).

  • Standard Cancellation (15+ days notice): Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled delivery date are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Partial Credit (8-14 days notice): Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before delivery are not eligible for a cash refund but will receive a full in-store credit (minus a 10% restocking fee) with no expiration.

  • No Cancellations (Within 7 days): Cancellations cannot be accepted within 7 business days of your delivery date, as the flowers have already been cut and prepared for shipment.

  • Address Changes: You may update your delivery address up to 24 hours prior to shipment at no additional cost.

  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee our shipment dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or carrier errors. We highly recommend scheduling your delivery 2-3 days before your event.

  • Signature: Most deliveries are sent with "Signature Released" to ensure flowers are not left on a delivery truck. It is the customer's responsibility to be present to receive and hydrate the flowers immediately upon arrival.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
