Green roses are a genuine rarity. Most of what is sold as a green flower in floristry is either tinted or foliage; naturally green roses exist in only a handful of varieties, and they carry a soft, celadon tone rather than the sharp green of a dyed bloom.

Lemonade is the standout — a long-stemmed rose with a heavy petal count where gentle pink unfurls from the centre and grades into dusty yellow-green toward the edges. It is a vintage, powdery bloom rather than a bright one, which is why it appears so often in romantic and antique-styled weddings. Jade runs cleaner and more uniformly green, and Wasabi sits brighter and more chartreuse.

Designers use green roses the way they use foliage that happens to be a flower: bridging the arrangement between blooms and greenery, adding tonal depth to white-and-green palettes, and giving a modern edge to otherwise traditional designs.

Stems run 40 to 70 cm with vase life typically 16 to 18 days. Minimum order is one box.
