What exactly is in the box? 120 stems: 10 larkspur, 20 gerberas, 20 lilies, 30 callas, 20 scabiosa, 10 bells of Ireland and 10 Israeli ruscus.

Why is this a good starting point? It covers every role a design needs — focal flowers (callas, lilies, gerberas), line and height (larkspur, bells of Ireland), texture (scabiosa) and greenery (ruscus). Buying those separately would mean seven box minimums.

Any handling notes? Two things. Keep the callas in shallow water only, as their stems soften and curl in deep water. And remove the lily anthers as blooms open — lily pollen stains fabric permanently.

How many arrangements will it make? As a rough guide, 120 stems covers six to eight table centrepieces, or a bridal bouquet plus four or five bridesmaid posies with greenery left over.

How do I order it? Cut to order on our Ecuadorian farms. Order two to three days before the event. Shipping is included, with UPS delivery in 3 to 5 business days across the US.

Buying farm-direct from AsiriBlooms flower farms through our own cut-to-order logistics system, we are able to deliver to your door - directly from our Ecuadorian flower farms - flowers that are on average 7-12 days fresher than any other flowers you can purchase in your local market. It makes sense. We’re eliminating the middlemen with their warehouses and long-distance trucking routes and, of course, all their markups along the way.

On-time Delivery:

Free shipping shouldn’t mean your flowers may or may not arrive on your
requested delivery date. Every order ships via UPS with tracking, and transit runs 3 to 5 business days. We recommend choosing a delivery date 1 to 2 days before you actually need the flowers, so the stems have time to hydrate and open.

Flower Selection:

We want you to have the freedom to pick whatever fits your needs, so we work

Ordering, Delivery and Returns

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, we want to make it right.

  • Notification Window: You must contact our Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Documentation: To process a claim, you must provide clear photographic images of the affected product(s), including all stems in question and the original packaging.
  • Resolution: At our discretion, AsiriBlooms.com will offer a replacement (subject to availability), provide care instructions to revive the blooms, or issue a refund for the affected items.
  • Return Requirement: For perishable flowers, we generally do not require a return but may ask you to hold the product for 48 hours for inspection purposes.

Once an order is placed, the fulfillment process begins immediately to source your flowers from our growers.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order are eligible for a full refund (minus a 4% credit card processing fee).
  • Standard Cancellation (15+ days notice): Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled delivery date are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Partial Credit (8-14 days notice): Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before delivery are not eligible for a cash refund but will receive a full in-store credit (minus a 10% restocking fee) with no expiration.
  • No Cancellations (Within 7 days): Cancellations cannot be accepted within 7 business days of your delivery date, as the flowers have already been cut and prepared for shipment.
