Sun Flowers (Vincent Choice)

I was mostly satisfied with the outcome of my order. The flowers that I did receive were absolutely beautiful and the price was unbeatable which is why despite the issues I had I gave 4 stars. The dissatisfaction was the result of getting a phone call the week before the event to be told that 150 of the 570 greens and flowers I ordered were not available. While they did refund me for the flowers they did not offer any possible replacements. When I received the flowers 2 of the flowers I had ordered did not arrive. I noticed I was refunded for one of them but wasn’t told that they were one of the types that weren’t available. This added another 40 flowers deficit from the total number I had ordered. To add to it they were all flowers that are relatively hard to find in bulk pretty much anywhere in Oregon. Had I known sooner I could have placed an order with another company but only having a week made it impossible as they all required at least 2 weeks in advance to order. I spent the days before the event scrambling to find flowers that would work for the arrangements I had planned. Like I said, gorgeous flowers but I would suggest when placing an order you ask to be notified well in advance if they are unable to provide certain flowers.
