What do I actually need to cover? Work through the list before ordering: bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posies, buttonholes and corsages, ceremony arch or aisle markers, table centrepieces, top table, cake flowers. Buttonholes and cake flowers are the two most often forgotten.
In what order should I build? Longest-lasting first. Arch and installation work can be built two days ahead; centrepieces the day before; bouquets and buttonholes last, on the morning, so they are at their freshest when photographed.
How does this differ from a Grower Flower Box? Same farm-direct box; this listing is organised around a single wedding build. Florists stocking a studio should use the Grower Combo Boxes.
When should it arrive? Two to three days before the event. Flowers ship at a closed cut stage and need that window to hydrate and open — a box arriving on the morning will still be in bud.

On-time Delivery:
Free shipping shouldn’t mean your flowers may or may not arrive on your
requested delivery date. Every order ships via UPS with tracking, and transit runs 3 to 5 business days. We recommend choosing a delivery date 1 to 2 days before you actually need the flowers, so the stems have time to hydrate and open.
