UPS Shipping:

We don’t care if you live in California or Maine—we deliver from our Ecuadorian farm nationwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of box your order fills.

Something wrong with your purchase? We will pay for shipping it back. Or we’ll make it right by sending you an immediate replacement. Why do we go this extra mile? We understand your wedding flowers or wholesale flowers you purchase from us are for a critical event. That’s why we stand behind the quality of our flowers 100%. Moreover, we stand firm in our belief that strong customer service trumps all. If we can exceed your expectations, we know you’ll return as a loyal customer and recommend us to others.

Fresher Product:
Buying farm-direct from AsiriBlooms flower farms through our own cut-to-order logistics system, we are able to deliver to your door - directly from our Ecuadorian flower farms - flowers that are on average 7-12 days fresher than any other flowers you can purchase in your local market. It makes sense. We’re eliminating the middlemen with their warehouses and long-distance trucking routes and, of course, all their markups along the way.

On-time Delivery:

Your flowers should arrive on the delivery date you chose. Every order ships via UPS with tracking, and transit runs 3 to 5 business days. We recommend choosing a delivery date 1 to 2 days before you actually need the flowers, so the stems have time to hydrate and open.

Flower Selection:

We want you to have the freedom to pick whatever fits your needs, so we work
hard to offer you a diverse selection. We are constantly adding new products.
You won’t find the same selection anywhere. Didn’t find something you were looking for? Contact us and we will be happy to find it for you.

Huge Selection:

Not all flowers are equal. In fact, harvesting consistent award-winning flowers is part science and part art. We’ve mastered the process, and our extensive collection of international awards for excellence is a constant reminder that our hard work and dedication to growing the best flowers on the planet have and continue to pay off. Cutting corners in quality is something we’ll leave to our
competitors. We believe quality comes first.

Service:

We go by the golden rule: Treat others the way you wish to be treated. We know
what we look for when we shop online, so we offer the same to you, our valued
customer. And we know, buying flowers online requires us earning your trust and
confidence. We do not take that responsibility lightly.

We commit to give you always prompt, courteous, and helpful customer service
that gets you what you need. And yes, we answer the phone. Our mission is to
exceed our customers’ expectations in every way possible... from value and
quality of our flowers to service and delivery. These are not just words on our
business plan. This is a mantra we live by and practice every day.

We treat you like family:

We don’t consider you a number in our database. We consider you part of our family, because without your support we wouldn’t exist as a company. We understand that, and we appreciate it.

UPS and FedEx deliver nationwide in 3 to 5 business days, right to your door. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of box your order fills. Although we work exclusively with the most reliable carrier services available, there may be carrier delays beyond our control. We recommend choosing a delivery date 1 to 2 days before your event.

Please Note

Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is completely normal. They are cut to order on our farms and travel without water, so they need rehydrating — the Flower Care tab on this page shows you exactly how.

Flowers are a natural product and no two stems are identical. Screen calibration varies as well, so the exact colour tones you receive may differ slightly from the photographs.

Availability and pricing follow the harvest, so package contents can change with weather and market conditions. If a substitution is ever needed we match your original choice as closely as we can, and never substitute down in value. We will always try to reach you first; where we cannot in time, we may proceed so that your order still ships on schedule.

Flower Care

Your flowers are shipped fresh, direct from our farms to your door. When you open the box they may look sleepy or thirsty — that is completely normal after an international journey without water. The steps below rehydrate them and get the longest possible vase life out of every stem.

How to unpack and condition your flowers

  1. Unpack and inspect

Cut the straps and lift the flowers out of the box, but leave the protective sleeves on for the first 4 hours of hydration. Check the stems as you go.

Start the steps below straight away rather than leaving the box closed — the sooner the stems reach water, the better they recover.

  2. Prepare the containers

Use clean, sanitised buckets or vases. Soap residue and bacteria are the most common cause of a short vase life.

Fill with at least 4 inches of cool fresh water and add flower food if you have it.

  3. Trim and place in water

Strip any foliage that would sit below the waterline, then cut 1 to 2 inches off each stem at a sharp angle with clean shears.

Place the stems in water immediately, with enough room around each head to open.

  4. Hydrate and maintain

After 4 hours remove the sleeves, strip any remaining low foliage, recut the stems and spread them across more containers.

Give them about 8 more hours to drink. Keep them somewhere cool and dark, away from heat, draughts, direct sun and ripening fruit.

  5. Time to design

Recut the stems before arranging. Change the water daily and recut every 24 to 48 hours.

Warm rooms open blooms faster — useful if you need them fuller for an event, worth avoiding if you do not.

FAQ

10 stems per bunch.

Vertical line without weight. They are one of the most useful line flowers available — a tall spike that gives a centrepiece structure and lift without the mass of a large-headed bloom.

Yes. Florets open from the bottom of the spike upward over several days, so a stem arriving with the lower third open will look right on the day and continue improving afterwards.

Yes, and this matters more than with most flowers. Snapdragon tips bend upward toward light, so a stem laid flat overnight will develop a permanent curve. Store and transport them standing.

Sold by the stem, bunched in 10s, cut to order on our Ecuadorian farms. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with UPS delivery in 3 to 5 business days across the US.

That is normal and expected. These stems are cut to order on our Ecuadorian farms and travel internationally without water, so they arrive dehydrated and often with tight, closed heads.

Follow the care steps above and they rehydrate and open over the next 12 to 24 hours. Judge the flowers after they have had a full day in water, not at the moment you open the box.

Shipping is charged by the box at checkout: $34 for a quarter box and $47 for a half box. Delivery is by UPS or FedEx in 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the continental US.

Choose a delivery date 2 to 3 days before the event. That gives the stems a full day to hydrate and open, plus a buffer day in case a carrier runs late.

For a Saturday wedding, aim for Wednesday delivery.
