Bred by De Ruiter, it carries 80 to 90 petals in a head that opens far wider and flatter than a hybrid tea, from deep coral at the centre out to a softer peach at the edges. It ships closed and needs warmth and room to open, which is exactly how you want a bloom this full to arrive.

Is it a true garden rose? It is bred as a standard cut rose but sold and designed with as a garden rose, because of the petal count and the open cupped form. It is far more robust in transport than a true garden variety.
